About Scale Art
Scale Art is an artistically driven design studio specializing in physical scale models and fine art sculptures. Based in the greater Vancouver area, we work with architects to create scale models to suit their needs. Our process models are used by architects as tools during the design process, communicating with their clients, and obtaining city approval. Our models highlight the unique design features of buildings in an artistic fashion. Presentation-style models are created as fine art sculptures for proud building owners and architects to display. Coming from architectural backgrounds ourselves, we understand what is involved in the design process. Scale Art also creates fine art sculptures. Our work explores geometric shapes, shadow play, and thought-inspiring visual effects. We currently specialize in wall-mounted geometric wood sculptures of various dimensions.
