We make documents easy to access by indexing the information to allow you to find the document that you are looking for. The index can be stored with the document images on your server, or DVD. Index and Archive After scanning your building plans or other documents we can create a searchable index of useful information from each document. For example, for each document or plan image we can record the title, author, date, plan and revision number along with any other information you require. This allows you to easily search and find the plan that you are looking for.
