About Scanclimber

Scanclimber Oy established in 1989, is a Finnish engineering company which designs, manufactures, sells and services Scanclimber equipment for various kinds of high rise jobs at construction sites. Products of the company include mast climbing work platforms, material hoists, construction hoists, transport platforms and industrial & personnel hoists. 1) The mast climbing work platforms equally for use on new construction projects as well as in restoration work of buildings, e.g. for installation of windows, balconies, stone or marble cladding, for bricklaying, plastering and wall plate insulation and for panel installations. The benefits are savings in costs and increase in productivity, quality and safety. 2) Material- and personnel hoists for use on construction and industrial sites for vertical transportation of material and people. 3) Transport platforms for use on construction and industrial sites for vertical transportation of material and people. Our customers consist of rental companies (90%) and end users. The rental companies operate in scaffold-, swing stage-, aerial work platform and equipment renting. The end users are construction and industrial companies or their subcontractors, which prefer to rent machines instead of buying their own. Scanclimber has been acquired by Alimak Group in November, 2022 and now operates as a part of Alimak Group.
