ScanSmart Technology DMCC is the exclusive GCC partner of Netherlands based Arvoo Imaging Products, a worldwide top player in the ANPR field (Automatic Number Plate Recognition). We supply a wide range of high-end ANRP camera systems for access control and enforcement purposes. We have a strong focus towards parking rights enforcement through the use of PBP parking (Pay By Plate) and smart ANPR based enforcement technology. Our mobile ANPR enforcement system “ScanGenius” is the most powerful in the world. It is equipped with 20 high-end ANPR cameras and has the ability to automatically check parked vehicles for non-payment, parking in a disabled bay, illegal parking and a wide array of other violations. These can then be examined through a back-end, making parking enforcement more efficient and more comfortable. Although our company was only established this year, we have been approached by several authorities in the region. We are also running active pilots with authorities and municipalities to explore how the system can add value in the region. In addition to being a hardware and software provider we also offer services such as PBP Access and Enforcement Consultancy and Smart Traffic Research. Our clients can gain valuable insights about traffic flows, origin of visitors, occupation levels and other statistics which can be used for marketing, management and planning purposes.
