Welcome to Scansoft Technologies. "The home of software solutions, ideas and innovation" for smart buildings. Scansoft Technologies was started in 1999 to develop integrated software monitoring and control solutions for fire detection systems due to the poor and unnecessarily complex systems that existed then. Once this was accomplished it was quickly evident that the solution could be applied to include security systems. From there, iBMS grew to eventually become a fully integrated solution for the full range of building services, monitoring and controlling diverse systems to work seamlessly with facilities management functionality, making it one of the worlds most comprehensive integration solutions. The company has also been at the forefront when it comes to developing green systems via its smart building management system and the efficiency benefits. The company first developed the fully integrated enterprise solution, and then created the modular systems from that. This allowed companies who only have a single system module requirement to purchase a system scaled to suit their requirements, and thereafter expand it as their requirements changed. We have been successfully providing solutions for diverse customer requirements and can undoubtedly supply a software solution to suit most specific requirements. Our iBMS system is now capable of operating multiple buildings irrespective of their location, a true enterprise system. Our future vision includes the expansion of our products to the wider international market and to this end we are now focused on establishing a network of distributors and re-sellers.
