About Scarlateli Vinagre Consulting

The company was born out of a need to share my knowledge and experiences in the corporate world to support small and medium-sized business owners in professionalizing their business and developing people. I am a Psychologist, graduated in 1997 from PUC Rio and MBA in People Management from FGV. I have 27 years in the labor market and 22 years in a Management position. Passionate about people and business, throughout my professional career I had the opportunity not only to work in the People area, but also in business management in a broader sense. I developed skills and technical knowledge in the financial, commercial and marketing areas, thus providing me with the ability to act more broadly and strategically in the companies where I worked. Since August 2018, the Consultancy has provided services to companies in the industrial, health and furniture and decoration segments. It has been an extraordinary experience to get to know new segments, new companies and their respective businesses and challenges, and being part of it is very rewarding. I learn new things every day and contribute with my professional experience. A two-way street and always a win-win relationship! Recently, the company through out the knowledge and vast experience of a new Partner, today, we could offer to our clients, IT management, hardware and software support and also maintenance of notebooks and desktops.
