About Schiff Natural Lands Trust
Welcome to Schiff Natural Lands Trust, Inc. and the home of Schiff Nature Preserve. Our 340-acre tract of preserved land is located in Mendham Township and Mendham Borough, Morris County, New Jersey. Schiff owns additional land throughout the area and holds about 50 acres in conservation easements. The management agenda includes wildlife-habitat improvements, a self-guided nature trail, butterfly and wildflower gardens and exhibits in the Schiff Nature Center at the Marge Davidson Building, enabling visitors to enjoy the Schiff Nature Preserve indoors as well as outdoors. The Schiff Nature Preserve offers ongoing programs including nature walks, yoga, an Environmental Book Club, birthday parties, home school classes and so much more.
