אין בעולם הרגשה, כמו השלוק הראשון מבירה טובה. כשמרימים את הכוס הקרה, לוקחים לגימה ונאנחים מנחת. בעצם גם השלוק השני מרגיש לא פחות טוב וגם אלה שאחריו... בדיוק בשביל הרגעים האלה הקמנו את שניט: מבשלת בירה, יחידה מסוגה בארץ. אנחנו מבשלים רעיונות ובירות חדשות כל הזמן. אצלנו בשניט מוזגים את הבירה בשיטה ייחודית, מתוך מיכלי מזיגה מקוררים ואטומים ששומרים עליהן איכותיות, טריות ועשירות בטעם ובארומה. כן, אנחנו מתייחסים מאוד ברצינות לבירה שלנו. אחת ההנאות הכי גדולות בחיים זה לשתות בירה במקום שבו היא מבושלת, רגע אחרי הבישול. לא מסוננת, בלי שרשרת אספקה, בלי מחסנים, עם מלא ארומה. מהמבשלה לכוסות. אז פתחנו את השניט, מבשלת בירה בכיכר הכי ברלין בתל אביב, עם מגוון די מופרע של בירות שמשתנה כל שבוע. מקום שאפשר לשתות בו בירה שבושלה השבוע, לאכול אוכל טוב שבא ליד, עם שירות עצמי ואווירה עצלה, נינוחה ומתנדנדת. מקום לשבת בו עם חברים ולהתענג על הטעם. בואו לשתות איתנו! רחוב הארבעה 12, כיכר גבעון, תל אביב ועכשיו אפשר להשניט עד הבית! העברנו את הבירות המיוחדות והטעימות שלנו לפחיות יפהפיות כדי שתוכלו לשתות בירה קרה, טרייה ומפוצצת בטעם בכל מקום 🙂 חלק מהבירות קבועות ורובן בייצור מוגבל וחד פעמי.
