About School Leadership Alliance
School Leadership Alliance, founded by Jim Quigley and Lawrence Lee, is a non-profit social entrepreneurship venture focused on improving the entire education system from the focal point of empowering K-12 leadership. We assist district leadership teams to create effective leadership development plans tailored to the needs of their school and district leaders, and provide key resources and tools to help them be more impactful, proactive leaders. We consult through discovery, strategy, implementation, and evaluation phases. We believe that through effective partnerships we can better advance and adapt to the ever-changing needs of the students, teachers, and communities we serve. We are currently working with superintendent teams from several pilot school districts across the U.S. and are open to connecting with districts and partnerships ready to engage in the work of assisting school leaders with their development as leaders.
