From developing digital twins to help boost industrial manufacturing potential to creating simulations that train firefighters to make calculated decisions, our researchers model virtual innovation to create real-world solutions. At the UCF School of Modeling, Simulation and Training, our learners and leaders push the boundary of what’s possible to pioneer progress in healthcare, education, engineering and more. Our school, located in the nation’s epicenter for modeling and simulation, was the first to offer a graduate degree in the field. Decades of multidisciplinary collaborations and industry partnerships have positioned us to give our students an elite educational experience. Research Park, a technology hub adjacent to the UCF campus, boasts more than 100 military and industry partners and connects us to countless opportunities to develop leading-edge solutions. The School of Modeling and Simulation is housed within the College of Engineering and Computer Science, one of 13 colleges at UCF. Our researchers collaborate with all six of its departments, and well as with faculty throughout the university. We’re proud to share that year after year, our college’s undergraduate and graduate programs rank highly in U.S. News and World Report.
