About School of Rock San Diego

School of Rock is the original performance-based after school music program. The company was founded in 1998 in Philadelphia, the San Diego location opened in 2007 and moved to Liberty Station in 2014. Students learn from professional musicians in an interactive environment combining weekly private lessons and instructor led group rehearsals with the ultimate goal of performing live. We teach guitar, drums, keyboards, vocals and bass. Our mission at School of Rock San Diego is to inspire the world to rock on stage and in life!
