Schwartz Capital Group, formerly TCS Group, LLC, is an entrepreneurial and dynamic investment business. SCG is based in Chicago and was founded in 1996. Asset Management SCG invests its permanent capital base opportunistically for the long-term. Our portfolio is comprised of exceptional managers that value partnership and alignment of interests. We focus on multi-generational capital appreciation and invest globally across the public and private markets. Private Capital Schwartz Capital Group invests our own capital in operating companies and real estate assets. We target proven, cash flow generating businesses with defensible market positions. Our real estate efforts concentrate on partnering with trusted operators to acquire multi-family and commercial real estate assets. Our lack of outside investors allows us to be nimble, maintain a long-term investment horizon, and be true partners to the management teams and operators we support. Strand Equity Strand Equity Partners (“SEP”), an affiliate of Schwartz Capital Group is a growth equity fund focused on making investments in emerging and dynamic consumer brands. One of SEP’s key tenets is the ability to add value and be flexible when structuring our investment with founders and management. Our goal is to develop an equity solution that makes sense and works for the business. SEP is not looking to take control your business, we are looking to help you strategically scale and grow it.
