We are specialized in the compilation of Ship Manuals and their application in the training of crew to operate and maintain the relative vessels using our digital ILS and CMMS tools. We also draft reports, section-specific technical documentation and refit integrations for existing naval units and manuals. Our team of former ships’ Captains, Project Managers and Naval Engineers’ main task is to coordinate the technical documentation of each vessel with suppliers throughout the constantly evolving design and construction process. This allows us to integrate standard specs with the designer’s drawings and incorporate system modifications and custom components into a master manual that offers a comprehensive overview of every part and function of the vessel. SERVICES SCIA makes service Smart & Simple, from design to scuttle. We follow each vessel from its design to delivery, and beyond: from the on-board supervision of build processes and compilation of the Ship’s Manual – its operational bibliography – to the facilitation of Crew Training and implementation of custom Maintenance schedules and personalized digital solutions, we follow every part of a ship’s life cycle. COORDINATION & INTEGRATION We create direct communication channels between the shipyard, designer, and suppliers in order to facilitate the collection of all necessary information regarding individual components and their maintenance. This allows us to integrate any vessel-specific customizations and include this information in the dedicated Ship’s Manual and the related maintenance and logistics applications. APP Our software includes a specialized CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Application and an ILS (Integrated Logistics System) Application. These custom Apps can be installed on board to manage spare parts logistics for naval units both in cloud and on mobile platforms.
