We achieve this by partnering with investors, landlords, developers, universities and local governments to convert existing spaces or build new ones. With a strong tenant-first approach, we understand what innovators need to accelerate their discoveries and get to commercial success: inspiring, serviced, ready-to-occupy lab and office spaces in connected locations, with flexible leases, excellent amenities and an active support network. We know the building is only 50% of the story, which is why we place equal focus on creating strong ecosystems around our sites to help businesses succeed. From the start, we build strong pathways to key academic institutions and equipment, and provide links to wraparound business-building services. Sciopolis is establishing a network of sites across key UK locations.
