Scorah Property is a luxury student letting agency in Manchester. Their aim is to provide high quality student houses to tenants whilst offering landlords lower than average management and letting fees. As a landlord with Scorah Property you can ensure you are maximising both the value and the rental income of your properties. Additionally, we do not charge tenancy admin, HMO compliance or contractor fees for our fully managed properties. Allowing you, as the landlord, to increase your yields and expand your portfolio. However, we are highly selective of the properties we take on board. As a luxury agency, all our houses must meet stringent requirements in order to profit from the lower fees we can offer. We only take on properties of a high standard and we ensure once a house is in our care it is paid the same attention as our own homes. This allows us to offer tenants properties we are proud to present and we can be confident that the tenants will be taken care of once they have moved in (whether managed or not). If a property doesn’t meet our marketing criteria, we can advise on what renovations might best aid in bringing it up to standard and recommend trusted contractors to complete this work.
