Patients receive care in their homes, in rest homes, assisted living and long-term care facilities, as well as hospitals. Vision: The vision of Scotland Regional Hospice is to provide care for persons near the end of life so they may live as fully and comfortably as possible, and to offer continuing support to their families and community. Mission: The Mission of Scotland Health Care System is to work with our health care partners to create and operate a patient centered, integrated system to provide Safe, High Quality, Compassionate, and Sustainable health care to the people we serve.
