I have been a Realtor since 2002. I have had my brokers license since 2009. I have helped hundreds of familes achieve their real estate goals of buying and selling homes. I am a listing specialist. As a huge proponent of having my listings preinspected, I make certain this is done on each listing, along with professional photography, extensive ad campaigns, and marketing access for showings in such a way as to procure maximum interest. This is not just a slogan or a thought. I have a proven system that will have your home seen in the market place by thousands of people. In my years of Real Estate, only 2 properties did not sell. They were both short sales that the bank foreclosed upon while I was in contract. Only on a very few occassions have my listings not sold in under the average days on the market as posted in the MLS.
