Established in 1993, Scribe is an American company with locations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Allentown, Pennsylvania; and Fort Lauderdale, Florida that serves over one hundred clients. Our Well-Formed Document Workflow (WFDW) is the industry’s best XML workflow, empowering subscribers with the ideal tools, practices, and processes to produce both print and electronic publications. We provide workflow training and support so that our clients can achieve the same efficiency and flexibility. Scribe provides a complete range of editorial and production services from data conversion to typesetting to e-book development. Our mission is to advance well-formed documents throughout the publishing industry, create tools and technologies that intuitively result in well-formed documents, and partner with our clients to publish well-formed documents in a timely and fiscally responsible manner. All our work is performed using the (WFDW), so publications are held in XML at every stage of the publishing chain from editorial to final pages. Our editorial, production, and conversion services result in books that are well conceived, expertly edited, and masterfully produced.
