I’m Kevin Tracy, the creative director of Scrum[dot]Marketing in Denver and an award-winning designer with the coaching skills to draw the best out of each client. My resume includes brand development, creative direction, leading large design teams, international cross-cultural team building, extensive time overseas, speaking on five continents, and brand development for small and multimillion-dollar businesses. I love my kids, fly fishing, biking, and running along the front range. I graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute, working with Willoughby Design Group, Hallmark Cards, and other agencies, with work appearing in various design and logo annuals. Between Hallmark Cards and moving to Denver, my family and I lived in Lima, Peru, for over six years, working with nonprofits around the country, planting two churches, and starting ministries now fully under Peruvian leadership. In Denver, I had the joy of leading efforts to establish entrepreneurship in Africa through locally managed micro-loans, develop clean water initiatives, and help build indigenous deep well repair teams, bringing clean water to over 200,000 people. My newest effort, NoHolyHandcuffs.com, launched in January of 2023 as a response to being fired from a church. It addresses the void of support for pastors and ministry leaders leaving “full-time” ministry to work in the real world, providing a clear pathway to success and life after ministry.
