SEA PLAY is the creative and strategic holding studio of Constance Gallay. It supports the development, production, and positioning of early-stage projects at the intersection of story, strategy, and climate. SEA PLAY acts as both a personal container and an active studio — hosting content creation, advisory work, and cross-disciplinary research in service of regenerative, feminist, and narrative-aligned systems. The work spans: – Stealth content projects (film, essays, editorial direction) – Strategic framing for regenerative ventures and ecosystems – Climate- and culture-aligned fundraising, research, and positioning – Feminist systems design and story-led advisory for climate infrastructure SEA PLAY is not a public-facing agency or consultancy. It is a quiet operational layer behind multiple ventures, and a platform to explore futures that metabolize. Current threads include ecological storytelling, climate grief, systems architecture, and creative advisory across regenerative and cultural contexts. Some projects are visible. Many are not. The studio holds them until the timing is right.
