Our Construction Group is focused on large, multi-million dollar projects in Design / Build, FFP and GMP contract delivery methods. Our Pre-Construction Services insure a proactive approach to unparalleled customer satisfaction for many of our diverse Design/Assist and Design/Build projects, to which cost-effectiveness, schedule and single-source responsibility is vital to these types of electrical services. Our Lighting & Energy Services team are the industry leaders in Energy Auditing Specialties; including lighting system upgrades, retrofits and / or controls and Tax Credit & Design Tax Credit Certification. Performing professional energy audits to determine project viability, calculating cost savings and pay-back period analysis and utilizing newest technologies offers end users operational savings while also improving lighting performance and reducing long-term maintenance cost.
