Loan Servicing We formulate and execute a strategy for each underlying position that generates the best economic return for the owner. We tailor our reporting framework to accommodate the needs of the owner and profile of the underlying portfolio. Underwriting We have the capability to support buyers in underwriting distressed portfolios. We have experience in working on both buy side and sell side transactions. Asset Management We employ an owner-manager approach to extracting value from the underlying assets. We are hands on problem solvers and meet with key stakeholders while developing our exit strategies. Investment We acquire individual positions or portfolios of non performing loans on our own account and in partnership with other capital providers. We provide exit solutions for holders of granular, distressed and illiquid positions.
