Search Recruitment Solutions was set up in 2010 by Founder Sarah Groundsell to specialise in finding new jobs for people within POP, POS, Retail Design and Build sector. In May 2011 Sian Stanhope-Faiers joined the company as a Partner to focus on the Retail Management and Head Office sector. We think it's important to make the time to meet our clients and candidates to talk about what's important to them. We don't do the normal. Our motto is "treat everyone with respect". We don't bombard our client's with cvs. We don't push our candidates into taking jobs they're not suited to. We won't promise to help you, if we feel we can't, then we will be honest and upfront with you. We're flexible and always go the extra mile to meet our client's and candidate's needs. We're very approachable. Sometimes the most effective and efficient way to sort out a problem is to sit down and talk things through. If you would like to talk to us, pick up the phone.
