Seattle Children’s Music Academy partners with local preschools to provide engaging, professionally-led music lessons designed for young children. Our mission is to inspire creativity, build musical foundations, and foster a love for music through fun and interactive experiences. How It Works: SCMA collaborates with preschools by offering on-site, weekly music lessons tailored to early learners. Once a school partners with us, we promote our program to parents, who can enroll their children directly through our website. A simple monthly fee grants children access to enriching music sessions right at their school. Our Program: Our curriculum is designed to introduce children to a variety of instruments and musical concepts through hands-on activities, including: 🎵 Rhythm Exploration – Using percussion instruments to develop timing and coordination. 🎵 Tonal Training – Singing and listening activities to build musical ear and vocal confidence. 🎵 Instrument Discovery – Exposure to guitars, keyboards, and more to spark curiosity. 🎵 Group Play & Song Creation – Encouraging collaboration and creativity through music-making.
