Second Fridge Co. is a fermented foods company focused on creating delicious products that nourish the “innard” wellness of our community. Our name originates from the garage-sale fridge that began residing in our tiny apartment living room when we realized our fermentation hobby was becoming a full-blown business and we had to expand our storage options. And so began the delicious journey of our start-up! Second Fridge’s probiotic-rich snacks quickly immediately became a hit with friends, family, neighbors and co-workers. Second Fridge Co. is a woman and minority owned business. We create a diverse range of fermented foods - from funky sauerkraut and seriously hot sauce to traditional kimchi and classic escabeche. We upgrade the average pickle into the healthy flavor-packed accoutrement that your belly deserves.
