I am a highly dynamic Learning, Talent and OD professional with 12+ years’ experience managing and consulting in People and Talent Development. Utilising experiential learning and a strong understanding of neuroscience and learner psychology, I bring an innovative approach to the design and delivery of development and talent management strategies. Delivering global learning and development solutions across a wide range of industries and sectors, I’m valued for engaging my audiences by bringing a creative perspective and energy into my instructional design, team coaching and training delivery. Based in East London, I have a VERY fluffy cat called Berlioz who you will probably meet on any calls with me as he’s always causing trouble(!) and an older Westie called Sebastian.
