Through research, collaboration and guided social programming, Seed to Oaks is helping local neighborhoods address their most urgent needs, such as health, jobs, and education. We invite you to plant a movement of social good through your business or local church through one of our proven programs: Neighborhood 360 Assessments - Learn the story of your neighborhood. Our 360 Neighborhood Assessment will help you mobilize your church members to discover actionable insight into the genuine dreams and needs of your community. Whole Health - Become the epicenter of change in your neighborhood. Whole Health helps local church members and local health professionals collaborate to host free clinics that address health needs within your community. Job One - Become the economic engine that puts people to work so their families can thrive. Job One is an employment placement program that can be operated through your church, in collaboration with local businesses. Oaks Learning – Become an educational lighting rod by supporting parents and their children to be prepared for the coming academic school year. This two-week program can be implemented within the local church.
