About Seeds of Light Inc

Seeds of Light is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to bringing science-backed mindfulness & self-care tools to people in a way that is engaging & easy to integrate into daily life. Our programs are designed to both help young people become more aware of their emotions (including the relationship between external stimuli & their internal reactions) AND to provide them with a suite of practical self-care tools to use in the “real world.” Our modular mindfulness & self-care curriculum has somatic awareness & emotional fluency at its core. It is fun & easy to integrate and helps young people develop greater self-awareness and the tools to identify, communicate & process their feelings while enhancing empathy & the ability respond more constructively to conflict. We offer afterschool programming & workshops as well as specialty programming for groups including: Children with High-Needs Siblings, Children Coping with Divorce, Children Suffering from Bereavement
