About Seeds of Success
We are a value-centered 501c(3) nonprofit with a passion for making positive impacts on the world. Our organization consists of 85+ students/recent grads from 50+ colleges from 16 states and 17 countries who are each leaders in their communities and multi-talented with a wide range of different talents and skillsets. Our mission is to empower children and young adults from diverse backgrounds and circumstances, providing them with seamless access to basic needs & mental health services and opportunities for growth and education. We're starting this work with Project CARLA, which stands for . . . Campus Assistant for Resources Learning and Accessibility CARLA is a Higher-Ed services/support software being developed to advance the technology being used in K-12 and Higher-Ed institutions. We're building software tools designed to make accessing student support services and higher-ed processes SEAMLESS, EFFICIENT, and EASY for students, administrators, support staff, and faculty. We are not just any software/government services company. Our organization has an emphasis on FULL TRANSPARENCY as we aren't motivated by greed or anything other than bettering education systems and providing better mental health and basic needs support for students. We can provide better and more effective services for 1/10th the price because we aren't motivated by margins, but by positive system outcomes. We have youth, energy, passion, connections with students across the country, expert business mentors who lead their fields, and an intense drive to support others. In addition, we have background in making systemic change happen as many of our organization's talented students recently had success in helping advocate for and passing free college for any household making less than $80,000 in Minnesota.
