Gone are the days of headaches, sore eyes and insomnia. Blue light affects us more than we think and know, and its important to us that we help you protect your eyes. Your Vision is our priority. Like many, the Team behind Seeing Bleue struggled with the common side affects of blue light, being at our work screens by day and home screens by night, headaches were a regular part of our routine. After some extensive research and even more sore eyes, we were hit with the truth about blue light exposure and how important it is to protect your eyes. It is the perception that glasses are only for people who struggle to see far or see close but, we all need protection from blue light. We spend hours looking at our phones, reading on our various tablets, working on our laptops or simply having some well deserved time relaxing in front of the TV. This can be extremely damaging to the eyes and can affect our mental health. This is why we have made it our priority to help those who have struggled like us and also bring awareness to others who may not know the affects of blue light on the eyes.
