𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 Seeka provides specialist end-to-end duel-fuel energy theft prevention and resolution services across the domestic and commercial utilities market. As part of M Group Services’ Energy Division, we investigate instances of energy theft, making sites safe where meter works are needed while improving our clients’ visibility of their vulnerable customers, facilitating greater support on both sides of the sector. We have combined our theft identification and customer safety knowledge with the expertise of our meter reading, engineering and data management capabilities held across our wider group to bring unique benefits to this service. At Seeka, we make over 50k visits a year to investigate and make safe suspected cases of gas and electricity theft. In the last 12 months alone, we have made safe over 8,000 cases of electricity theft, which equates to 80% of the entire number of electricity thefts found across the industry. With an unrivalled range of services and national footprint, we ensure that insights from across the metering lifecycle are leveraged to protect revenue.
