How do you build an "inner sphere" of solid supporters? I work with clients to prioritize and invest their limited time to develop meaningful and fruitful relationships. Hard and soft skills are the fuel for both advancement and career fulfillment. We look at how to applaud your strengths while identifying objectively what's missing from your toolbox and how to get it. We also address the confidence game - how do you get more of that? Sometimes it's as simple as removing obstacles. Other times you need to build on your success. Another buzzword, emotional intelligence (EI), is a bundle of soft skills you need to succeed.
