My name is Lisa and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in anxiety disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and helping adults navigate life's messier moments. There are many challenges that often accompany these diagnoses, so my approach is integrative and collaborative to support your individual needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), while also making space for slower and deeper reflection through psychodynamic work. In addition to helping those struggling with anxiety and OCD, I'm also passionate about working with those struggling with substance use, people of faith, and women navigating pre- and post-natal experiences, infertility, and loss.
