Our portfolio of construction projects showcase homes built to extremely high structural, energy efficient and environmental standards with no compromise on design, helping deliver on our promise to build for a better NZ. SelectSIP’s technically superior product allows both developers and builders to focus on improving the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of residential construction in New Zealand. Our manufacturing process moves much of the house construction process to the factory. This reduces on-site time, resulting in maximum efficiencies and savings. With New Zealanders spending nearly 70% of their time inside their home, a healthy home is important. SIP systems are up to 15 times more airtight, with potential energy savings of 50-70% over the life of a structure.
