Self Built Group operates on a unique business model, which caters for all facets of commercial building maintenance and also specializing in detailed shopping centre store de-fit/demo works. We are licensed tradesmen with experience of over ten years; working on some of Sydney’s biggest developments within our respective trades, plumbing and electrical. We have over four years of experience between us employed by Centre Management for Scentre Group / Westfield, working in Facilities Management. Additionally, we have more than a decade of experience as licensed plumbers and electricians. This experience adds to the high level of attention we put into critical areas of our business. Extra attention is provided to reduce impact of building works/maintenance to both tenants and centre management and these criteria form the core components of the business.
