Self Reboot is The Corporate Yoga Program that will teach you how to restart, renew, reboot yourself on your own terms. It’s time for you and your employees to no longer survive the day, but thrive through the day. We specialize in on-site wellness programs including Yoga, Chair Yoga, Stress Management, Nutrition and Meditation. Our signature class "Self Reboot" is designed for convenience – there is no changing required. Class can be held in a conference room or an open room with chairs. Employees are lead through a series of breathing and stretching exercises to reduce stress, relieve tension in the neck, shoulders, head and lower back, plus increase focus and energy. There are a variety of ways we might be able to work together. All services & packages can be completely customized based on your organization or corporation’s specific needs and objectives. Self Reboot is an authorized vendor with Cigna Healthcare. All of our programs can be paid by using your Cigna Wellness Dollars.
