Self Reflections is a clinic that prides itself on delivering unparalleled quality, service and value to our clients. We have a team consisting of Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists and Accredited Practicing Dietitians providing services to those in the Illawarra and surrounding communities. In addition to individual therapeutic and dietetic services, we provide Couples Counselling, Assessment (Cognitive IQ, Functional and Behavioural Assessments, Autism Assessments), Clinical Supervision as well as Workshops. Using a warm and caring approach clinicians at Self Reflections help individuals develop greater self-awareness and constructive strategies for managing and dealing with emotional problems and difficulties, mental and physical health as well as wellbeing. We provide services to children, adolescents and adults. We apply researched and up-to-date treatments to a variety of difficulties and needs. We practice in accordance with professional and ethical codes of conduct outlined by the Psychology Board of Australia, the Australian Psychological Society Society (APS), the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA) and the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).
