Self Storage Manager is fully compatible with multiple browsers. Self Storage Manager also supports: Online Reservations, Rentals and Customer Portal where tenants can rent or reserve a unit online from your website using any device including mobile phones, tablets and desktops. Tenants can sign electronically and receive the rental agreement and addendums via email. An online self-help reduce Customer Portal for tenants to manage their units, make payments, view their account history, update their contact information/credit card information, enable or disable auto pay and schedule move outs; SSM Text Messenger which is a cloud based automatic payment reminder and collection systems that help reduce collection calls, improves cash flow, productivity and customer service; A fully Integrated Call Center Module functionality with a screen pop up interface to leading phone systems to capture lead to rental conversion ratios, cost per lead, cost per rental, track advertisement source and assists in measuring ROI on marketing campaigns. This module is fully complemented by an optional Call Tracker Module for monitoring call recordings, measuring agent performance and capture important statistics such as cost per call; Advanced API Integrations to websites, lien processing, mailing interface, tenant insurance, revenue management, online auctions, cloud gate systems, business intelligence & analytics; 24/7 Customer Support with Dedicated Team and Project Manager assigned for large operator implementations.
