Semper Environmental, LLC is an environmental small business firm offering all forms of environmental consulting and field sampling services to government and commercial organizations. We provide technical consulting and project execution for all phases of RCRA, CERCLA, and NEPA, for sites ranging from simple to complex. We provide high-level technical expertise for soil, groundwater, and soil vapor contamination, as well as all aspects of munitions response work. Our field and consulting services cover both investigation/site characterization and remediation of contaminated sites. Owner/Manager Jeff Fitzmayer (professional geologist and project manager) recently completed 18 years with a large, multi-national engineering/environmental firm, where he planned and managed a multitude of successful environmental and MMRP projects for Department of Defense and state government clients. We have an extensive network of subcontracting teaming partners from both large and small businesses that provide laboratory analytical support and supplement all forms of environmental field sampling and investigation. We bring professionalism, quality, and integrity to every project and provide honest, safe, high-quality field services, consultancy, and related deliverables that exceed expectations.
