SEND 13 is an SMTP Service Provider built by Marketers FOR Marketers SEND13 was founded as a Joint Venture between two of the world’s top email marketing & delivery experts, Marc Goldman & Chris Lang. Both of the founders of SEND13 have been involved in Online Marketing for the past 20 years. This gives us a unique perspective on how & why marketers send email. We understand marketing because we have lived and breathed it for years. Contrast that with EVERY Other SMTP service and you will find they are run primarily by technical guys. They may be good at setting up email infrastructures but they suck at understanding customers and they are particularly at odds with commercial emailers (especially internet marketers). While the focus of SEND13 will be on both transactional and marketing emails we want to service primarily marketers and stand totally apart from other SMTP Providers that are out there who act as if marketers are the enemy and do what they can to sign them up, and then cancel them without a moments notice calling them spammers and sending them packing. SEND13 plans to make it known that Marketers Will ALWAYS Be Welcome Here. This is a safe haven that understands and accepts internet marketing. The founders have 40 years of expertise between them in helping marketers get their email delivered to the inbox. We know that this kind of initiative could invite abusers. We are ready for that. Abusers of our service will be shown the door immediately. However, innocent marketers who make mistakes will be taken under our wing and educated on how to do email marketing properly. We have the years of experience and expertise to know the difference right off the bat but every case will be treated fairly.
