About Seneca County Collaborative

The Seneca County Collaborative is a unified organization launching January 1, 2026, to serve as the central resource for business support, economic development, tourism promotion, and community revitalization in Seneca County, Ohio. Created through the alignment of the Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership and the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Collaborative was established following a joint decision by both executive boards in February 2025. This new structure reflects a shared commitment to delivering greater impact through more strategic coordination and a stronger, streamlined approach to serving the county’s businesses, communities, and residents. By bringing together decades of experience under one umbrella, the Collaborative is building a single, coordinated team that helps businesses grow, connects organizations to resources, and promotes Seneca County as the best place to live, learn, work, visit, and grow. The organization is designed to support small business development, attract and retain workforce talent, lead revitalization efforts, promote local tourism, and advocate for the business community with one unified voice. The Collaborative operates through three divisions. Destination Seneca County promotes the county as a vibrant place to visit and explore, supporting tourism and community pride. Seneca Regional Chamber & Development leads business support, member engagement, and policy advocacy to strengthen the local economy. Downtown Tiffin, a nationally accredited Main Street program, drives revitalization, historic preservation, and place-based investment in the city’s core. Together, these divisions represent One Mission. One Voice. One Seneca.
