Founded by a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer and an MBA graduate, he understood the problems of real estate investing and has sought to make things more efficient, fair, and transparent from end to end. We can do full remodels, to just fixing a tile in a shower or painting walls. We do this by utlizing professionals we've built an relationship with to make sure things are done right, on time, and on budget. We then have rented out every single one of those projects creating passive income for our clients. Then reapeting it for them.
