With a wealth of knowledge, professional contacts and experience within the later life care sector, she and her team can help individuals, families and related professionals, looking for advice and support when needed or for future planning. Geraldine’s main focus has been to support individuals and families to make informed decisions as to where they, or a loved one, will reside at what can be a very emotional, anxious and stressful time especially when dealing with the complexity of the care system for the first time. With considerable experience in assisting to place seniors into appropriate care settings, including care homes and sheltered housing, she can also support with the organising of a domiciliary care package. This practice has always been underpinned with sensitivity and compassion.
