Inspired by St. Barnabas, the "Son of Encouragement," we look to his pivotal role in the early Christian community. His story in Acts 11:19-26 highlights his mission in Antioch, where he encouraged believers to remain faithful and committed to discipleship. Barnabas arrived in Antioch, a diverse and growing community. Witnessing God's grace at work, he was filled with joy and encouraged everyone to stay true to the Lord with all their hearts. His nurturing strengthened the believers and motivated them to continue making disciples. The Mission of Sent Parish Sent Parish aims to be a similar source of encouragement for modern parishes.
