Services • 24 hour access • video surveillance • wide drive aisles • easy parking (50’ pull thru parking) Q: Can I reserve a space in advance of storing my vehicle? A: YES. Reservations can be made thirty days in advance with a deposit for the price of the space you are leasing. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE but will be applied to your signed contract, if within the thirty days. If you need more than thirty days you can simply sign the contract anytime before the thirty days are up and start paying for your parking space without losing your deposit – easy! Q: Does each customer have their own unique access code? A: YES. The access code must be used to enter and exit the facility. Q: Do you require a contract? A: YES. The minimum amount of time of a lease is one month. Q: Do you accept credit cards? A: YES. Credit and debit cards are accepted and may be set up as an automatic payment option. Q: What is required to execute a contract? A: A valid state driver's license, current vehicle registration, current insurance on the vehicle you are storing. Q: When are lease payments due? A: All lease payments are due on or before the first of every month. Any payment received after the first are late and incur a late fee charge. You can avoid avoid late fees by setting up automatic payment processing in our system. Q: What amount of time is required to give notice of termination of a lease. A: Ten days.
