African American owned and led, with over 4,000 professionals at nine locations worldwide, ST eliminates the time and expenditure of building, staffing and scaling customer service, deliver and assurance operations, and sales centers by providing best-in-class CX, software-powered ordering ecosystems, back office system support, dealer/agent channel IT support, sales support and sales augmentation. Our software ecosystem provides carrier-grade telecom and MSO ordering gateways for use in the wholesale/partner channel, simplifying and standardizing Access Service Requests (ASR) and optimizing the speed and accuracy of ordering via simplified interface. Our back office support teams are deeply experienced in caring for the dealer/agent channel in a partner solutions model. We offer both IT solution and customer care support. In 2021, ST announced an expansion into the healthcare vertical, and successfully began serving healthcare technology and insurance with enrollment support solutions and customer care. Sequential holds Corporate Plus certification by the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NMSDC), which certifies us as successfully serving national and multinational contracts. We are just one of three contact center companies in the US (and the only African American owned) to hold this designation.
