Seren Skills Network plays a key role in working within the Apprenticeship and Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector as advisors, influencers and subject matter experts, working on the principle that organisations “don’t know what they don’t know”. Our experts have over 60 years of Adult Education and Apprenticeship experience but more importantly, have been at the forefront of engaging with providers and employers to make sense and implement the correct individual learner and Apprenticeship offer for businesses in the post reform world, as well as working with businesses to realise commercial opportunities through innovative practices and lobbying . We do this within a measurable impact model whereby the costs of engaging with Seren Skills are recovered through the savings and impact of what we provide by way of deliverables. We pride ourselves on adding value through consolidation, strategic business development and harnessing strong strategic partnerships with colleges and training providers, which we believe is key to a modern skills provider for the 2020’s. We are passionate not just about the Apprenticeship & VET landscape, but also of developing strong relationships by promoting the strategic role of the sector and, crucially, nurturing all institutions on an individual basis for the benefit of all. We see that strong relationship building is the starting point to achieving this and forms the ingredients for a successful skills sector for the future.
