OUR MISSION: Sereni is a centre of expertise that wants to unburden and professionalize its network of funeral directors with respect for their own identity, with the aim of making each funeral personal with respect for quality. We do this by strongly focusing on education, taking a fresh and broad view on the funeral culture and sharing knowledge and experience within that network. SERENI BELIEVES THAT: - Farewell and mourning are more and more a personal journey instead of a tradition. - Everyone is entitled to correct information and the right guidance by experienced and educated people. - Sustainable development and lasting innovation are crucial in funeral planning. - Integrity and empathy are the cornerstones of a strong relationship of trust with all stakeholders within the funeral company. - Sharing knowledge and expertise by working together and learning from each other can strengthen the entire organisation and its employees.
