"I came up with the idea back in 07 when I started to dislike the local commercialized mega gym. Not that it was a bad facility at all by any means. The problem was that I felt (like the other majority of the populous) that it was a hassle to go to the gym. First I had to change into my gym clothes, pack my gym bag, make sure I had a towel, get in the car (which was freezing in winter) drive to the gym, unload the car... you get the picture. After calling around many gyms I found out that it was an arm, a leg & your first borne child to get a personal trainer to come to you.
