At Serenity of Mind, we prioritize enabling athletes to flourish both on and off the field. Using our tried and tested coaching tools and techniques we have helped athletes take their sport to the next level. We offer 1-1 coaching as well as group sessions. Programs are 5 weeks long with options for continuous sessions as desired.
